Organic forest & thyme honey, Axion Esti 450g
Collected in pine forests in northern Evia from September to November. The fall harvest is dependent on the honeydew secretion of the insect marchalina hellinica, known as a worker pine. The color is dark brown and full-bodied taste with characterized heavy aroma. Enjoy!
The honey texture crystallizes naturally, but it can be restored to liquid form if the honey vase is placed in a pan of hot water (up to 45 degrees C or 110 degrees F).
