Mountain tea is one of the most widespread herbs in Greece.
Siderite drink is traditionally used to treat coughs associated with colds and flu, as well as to treat mild gastrointestinal disorders. Ingredients: Flowers, leaves and stems of organic siderite.
Preparation of herbal decoction: Add 1 gr. organic mountain tea to 250 ml of hot water (95C˚) and leave it covered for 5-7 minutes, strain and add sweetener of choice. Drink hot or cold.
