The Governor Limited Edition extra virgin olive oil 500ml! The Governor Limited Edition is a unique Extra Virgin Olive Oil with character from the island of Corfu, which only comes in limited quantities after each harvest. It is produced drop by drop with meticulous care from the first cold pressing and is full of concentrated goodness. The Governor Extra Virgin Olive Oil is classified as a health oil by EU Regulation 432/2012.
The total amount of hydroxytyrosol in The Governor EVOO is 61% higher than the European regulation. For The Governors Limited the levels of Oleocanthal/Oleacein are always around 966 mg/kg and for Premium around 957 mg/kg compared to average values for EVOO which are 135/105 mg/kg.

The Governor olive oil contains extremely high concentrations of the polyphenols Oleocanthal and Oleacein. These substances have an antioxidant effect. Antioxidants are chemical substances that can counteract the damaging effect of free radicals, reduce oxidative stress and protect our cells.
How much olive oil do I need to maintain optimal health?
We recommend starting with one spoonful a day and continuing from there, as you feel comfortable - the ideal amount varies depending on the individual.

The worldwide scientific journal " Frontiers In Oncology " just published the research results entitled "The Effect of Dietary Intervention With High-Oleocanthal and Oleacein Olive Oil in Patients With Early-Stage Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia: A Pilot Randomized Trial".
It is the first clinical research of olive oil in high content of Oleocanthal and Oleicein (High OC/OL-EVOO) showing us that it can be a very promising diet characteristic for the improvement of Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia
(CLL) generating apoptosis of cancer cells and improving the metabolism of the patient.
