In a bagged bowl, pour 1.5 L of cold milk (6 1/4 cups) for 3 sachets
Slowly add the contents of 3 sachets stirring continuously with a hand mixer for 1-2 minutes until the mixture solidifies
Pour bechamel sauce over the dish you have prepared and spread evenly
Pour on top of bechamel sauce, melted butter (1 teaspoon) and sprinkle grated cheese
Bake until the top layer turns golden brown
