Pasta that shouts from afar...mom! The most traditional of all from the short pasta family, it brings to mind the flavors and aromas of childhood and family tables. Its shape, reminiscent of a grain of wheat, is wonderfully cured and combines wonderfully with the classic "mamadist" recipe, pork gouvetsi with barley, but it is equally delicious in its more modern version: barley with shrimp, barley with caramelized onions and kefalotiri or even and barley with pumpkin cream and feta cheese!

DurumVETE mannagryn, water.
May contain traces of SOY.

They are stored in a clean, cool and moisture-free place.
Instructions for use
1. Boil 1 liter of water per 100g. Pasta.
2. When it boils, add 7g. salt per liter of water.
3. Add the pasta, stirring occasionally. Let them cook for 12-14'.
4. Strain and mix with desired sauce.
